Execute Standing Order

This is the instruction you give Loan Performer to effect the standing order as at a given date.

How to Execute a Standing Order.

To access this menu, go to Savings->Standing Order->Execute Standing Order. You will see the following screen:

Execute Standing Orders Due as at: Enter the date up till when Loan Performer should execute the standing orders, e.g., "30/06/2012".
Refresh: When you click the Refresh command button the scroll space will be refreshed with all the outstanding orders to be executed up to the set date above.
Click the OK command button to execute the standing order. To complete the execution the report must be printed. (See the screen below).

To continue, click the Yes command button and report like the one below will be generated:

When you close the above report, a screen appears asking you whether you were able to print.

If you were able to print, click the Yes command button to save the report or the No command button to exit without saving.
